Gina Gonzales is a trusted real estate advisor known for delivering exceptional service and results across every level of the market—from first-time home purchases to the representation of luxury estates.

With a natural passion for design, Gina brings a sophisticated eye to every home she represents. She thoughtfully prepares properties for market to maximize value and helps buyers envision a residence’s full potential, seamlessly blending creativity with strategy.

Prior to real estate, Gina built her career in the technology sector, primarily at Idealab, one of the nation’s longest-running startup incubators. There, she oversaw Operations and served as a strategic liaison to more than 40 companies in different stages of growth and collaborating with their various teams. This experience refined her negotiation skills and her ability to manage complex, high-level projects—expertise that translates seamlessly into sophisticated residential transactions.

 A Bay Area native, Gina spent a decade in Los Angeles and a few years in Austin, Texas, before returning home to Menlo Park in 2004. Deeply rooted in the community, she has been actively involved in several local school events and foundations, non profits, The Young Men’s Service League, and Cub Scouts, building meaningful, long-standing relationships.

She lives in Menlo Park with her husband and son and is proud to serve the community she calls home. With extensive knowledge of Menlo Park and its highly regarded schools, Gina offers clients both market expertise and invaluable local insight.
